How I track client projects without spreadsheets

Ditch the spreadsheets and use a simple Notion system to keep client work on track.

I used to run my client projects on a mix of Google Sheets, Trello, and sticky notes. It worked until it didn't. When a client asked for a status update, I'd spend 20 minutes piecing together what was done.

Now I use one Notion database. Each client gets a page with a project timeline, task list, and notes. I can see everything at a glance — no more hunting for info.

The key is keeping it simple. I use just three properties: Status, Deadline, and Priority. That's it. Anything more feels like overhead. If you're juggling multiple clients, try it for a week. You'll feel the difference.
