Why I stopped using Trello for my side hustle
Trello worked for a while, but Notion won me over with flexibility and fewer tools.
I loved Trello. But as my side hustle grew, I needed more than boards. I wanted to link tasks to client info, store templates, and write content — all in one place.
Notion let me do that without adding complexity. I can have a database of projects, a page for each, and embed my calendar. No more switching tabs.
I'm not saying Trello is bad. But for a solopreneur who values simplicity, Notion wins. One tool, one place, less friction.
